Take a tour of our shop located in beautiful Washington!
Baking Room: This room includes our copper kettle, cooling table, and all the equipment needed to make cookies and chocolate centers.
Candy Bar molding machine: This machine is in the Chocolate Room. We use it to pour the molds for the Northwest Espresso Bar. The depositing head is interchangeable from the Milk to the Dark Chocolate machine.
Chocolate Room: This room includes all of the equipment necessary to melt, temper, deposit and decorate our confections.
Colored Cocoa Butter airbrushing: This unit is used for airbrushing and decorating our hand painted chocolates. Edible tempered cocoa butter is used.
Examples of Hand Painted Chocolates: Colored Cocoa Butter is airbrushed and hand painted using various decorative techniques.
Lab: This room stores all of our quality procedures and detailed work instructions. Water Activity tests are also conducted to help establish optimum shelf life of each recipe.
Prep Area: This is the area we prepare our centers for the filled chocolates.
Chocolate Coating Line: This is the chocolate enrober used to pre-bottom and coat some of our chocolates. Our shell molded chocolates are made in the Chocolate Room.
Woodshop: Our wood shop contains all of the equipment necessary to fabricate wooden boxes for our cookies and candies, cutting boards and other wooden accessories. The shop contains everything from basic saws to CNC machines and a Laser engraver.
